Frelighsburg House
This new passive house poses interesting technical challenges: the preferred views are on the north side, and the owners wanted to minimize the direct views on the south side. High windows on the south side capture solar gains and provide views of the sky and treetops while maintaining privacy. The north side windows frame views of the future market garden like paintings.
Construction is planned for 2021.
