This new house nestled among old apple trees was designed to realize a couple's vision of a peaceful haven that demonstrates best practices in energy-efficient and ecological design & construction.

• The project is aiming for the Passive House Institute's Low Energy Building certification.

• Low embodied carbon thanks to the use of light-frame wood construction and cellulose insulation.
